KC’s idea is to get the client a good deal as the market is so fast and many apartments are rented in a blink of an eye. He specializes in mid to low price range apartments which comes and goes quickly.

KC has traveled, worked and lived in twenty plus countries and speaks polylingual. He holds a BA in International Economics in Japan and an international MBA in International Marketing from Thunderbird, AZ.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, KC was in the fashion industry in development and production at Los Angeles working with premium denim jeans brands. Additionally, KC has ten years of experience in working for sports brand and high end fashion brands in marketing, operations and sales.

KC loves meeting people from different origins and backgrounds, and enjoys his time in delightful atmosphere. During his free time, he enjoys American football, basketball, soccer and many other sports. He loves fishing, traveling ,cooking, and many other things.
