About Jon

Jon began his real estate career at the age of 18 working at his family’s 30-year old real estate investment company. A few years later, he founded Living New York which eventually generated Livingston Management, Redwood Property Group, and a private real estate investment firm.

Jon is dedicated to business development, identifying investment opportunities and managing Livingston’s portfolio of over 100 properties in NYC.

Jon’s entrepreneurial success can be attributed to his diverse and thorough real estate background which includes real estate investments, property management, commercial leasing and sales, development, and property rehabilitation.
