Kevin is a life long New Yorker that grew up in Long Island.

Kevin specializes in direct Landlord Representation, Residential and Investment Sales, and Condo Building and Individual Unit Management.

As an Asset Manager at Living Management, Kevin handles a widely varied portfolio of investor owned Condominium and Co-op apartments throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn valued in excess of $100M. Kevin's unique and highly specialized turn key management and leasing services allow him to provide his owner/investor clients with a seamless end-to-end process maximizing their rate of return and minimizing their headaches. Kevin has found a true niche in this corner of the Management market, and is known for his vast operational knowledge, problem solving, and experience.

In Kevin's free time, he tries to pack in as much live music as he can. Kevin is happiest on a mountain strapped into a snowboard, and spends as much time as possible at his family Farm in the Berkshires.
